Specialized Brushless Motor Controllers
Customer-specific servo drive systems based on the X1 motor control.
Overview
Servo motor controls are an integral part of many technical systems and are used in a wide range of applications. In industrial automation, servo motor controls are revolutionizing production processes. They enable a high degree of automation and optimization of manufacturing processes, thereby significantly increasing production efficiency and quality. In robotics, they are used to realize complex motion sequences that serve for locomotion or other power positioning. In the fitness sector, servo motor controls are used to simulate weights and generate force profiles with high bandwidth.

Customizable to your specifications, not a reduction of your specifications to available controls!
Standardized controls often don't meet the specific requirements of various applications, as we've found with our customers. We offer two solutions. More can be developed for you upon request.

We partner with various motor manufacturers. This allows us to quickly provide you, the customer, with customized motors. For example, there is a special motor available only as a 230 V version. We have it rewound to 48 V.
Differences from other controllers
Simply put, other motor controls only execute commands they receive via a data bus and regulate the motor accordingly. With our system, you can have the behavior directly programmed onto the microchip of the motor control. This enables things to be done that would otherwise not be possible, as the resulting delay from the system architecture and the maximum bandwidth of the data bus would otherwise be limiting factors. The X1 control allows for much faster control cycles, high dynamics, and additional safety.
